京張高速在路面養護中應用新型路面修補材料

<span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;color:#040404;"><span style="line-height:2;">這種新型材料叫做“</span><span style="line-height:2;">DS-PS</span><span style="line-height:2;">抗滑抗裂路面貼”，是山東某</span><span style="line-height:2;">路橋工程有限公司推出的一種工廠化生產，可鋪裝于路面的新型養護產品。路面帖通過人工鋪裝于原路面，用于修補局部路面網狀裂縫、坑槽，或對整個路面進行矯正性預防性養護。對于路面網狀裂縫、坑槽等路面病害，傳統的養護處治方法主要采用挖除病害位置的路面，利用補坑車加熱瀝青混合料進行修補，修補過程復雜，效率低下，并且熱補料揮發的氣體對人體有害。由于補坑混合料溫度不易控制、碾壓不易達標，修補后的路面往往會產生二次病害，而采用新型路面貼處治此類病害不用開挖、無需混合料加熱、利用交通車輛自然碾壓，路面經清掃填縫處治后即可將路面帖鋪裝于病害位置，具有施工簡單、能夠在更短時間內開放交通的特點</span><span style="line-height:2;">,</span><span style="line-height:2;">在使用性能上具有封水、抗裂、抗滑、低噪音等較多優勢。</span><span></span></span>
